Using the same ingredients as the original Fat Tire Amber Ale, this new Fat Tire Ale is a cross between a golden ale and a pale ale. The flavor of new Fat Tire Ale is grassy with a bit of floral/fruity hops and subdued caramel notes. It's definitely a bit more crisp and less malty -especially upfront- than the OG Fat Tire. The hops are slightly more pronounced, yet it offers a clean malt finish. This is a significantly brighter beer than its predecessor. Suggested pairing- Empanadas.
